The RIOT IIoT Edge Solution is a compact, fully integrated industrial monitoring platform designed to connect remote assets to SCADA, DCS, or cloud systems anywhere in the world.
Each device integrates an attached sensor (temperature, pressure, level, valve position, rod performance, gas detection, and more), ARM-based processors with secure protocols, wireless communication modules, and internal battery power into a single rugged enclosure.
RIOT devices monitor asset conditions, perform edge analytics, trigger alarms when thresholds are exceeded, and transmit data over LoRaWAN, cellular, Bluetooth, RF, or global satellite networks.
Engineered for harsh environments, the system operates from -40°C to 60°C, is intrinsically safe (UL913, Class 1 Division 1), and is designed to float in caustic or acidic environments. With battery life ranging from 5 to 10 years, RIOT minimizes maintenance while delivering continuous operational visibility.
