The Mirador Chemical Injection Controller automates and digitizes critical chemical injection processes including rate setting, pump monitoring, system status tracking, calibration, and rate adjustment — operating as if a representative were onsite 24/7.

Designed with patented low-power circuitry and industry-leading interface software, the Mirador system delivers real-time control and monitoring of pump performance and injection rates. By performing automatic calibration under actual operating conditions every five minutes, it significantly reduces pumping variances while ensuring accurate chemical delivery.

The system simulates the drawdown procedure by:

• Closing the valve between the tank and calibration column
• Recording initial level (L1)
• Measuring pump on-time
• Recording final level (L2)
• Calculating precise pump factor and injection rate

This provides visual assurance of chemical injection while generating immediate, actionable data for operators and service providers.

Mirador integrates seamlessly into SCADA systems, chemical service provider portals, or other automation platforms.
